How does trial period work?

You have 30-days trial period when you first sign up for the Premium plan.
After 30 days your first paid month automatically starts.

How payment is made?

We are sending invoice after every month of use for the number of users you had on the beginning of that month.
Payments processed through PayPal so you can pay with major credit cards and bank transfer.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You can change plan anytime. Simply go to the Settings tab and choose another.
But if you choosed Free plan first and later changed to Premium means you are not eligible for the trial period.

What are support options?

Support is done by email only.

Unlimeted users? Really?

Not really. Capped at 50 users. May be raised on per-company basis.
